At Fresh Picks, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products to our customers.

Fresh and Perishable Products

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, frozen products, and other food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, spoiled, or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Returns

Eligible returns are handled through our delivery service. Customers are not required to return products directly to our facility. If a return is approved, our customer service team will arrange the collection of the eligible product when necessary.

Refunds and Replacements

After reviewing your request, eligible products may be replaced or refunded, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Non-Returnable Products

Products cannot be returned or refunded if:

• The customer simply changes their mind after delivery.
• The product has been used, consumed, improperly stored, or damaged after delivery.
• The issue is reported after a reasonable period following delivery and we are unable to verify that the problem existed at the time of delivery.

This does not affect cases where a product was delivered damaged, spoiled, defective, or different from what was ordered.
